Bidding commercial pressure washing
Commercial work (storefronts, parking decks, dumpster pads, fleet washing) is usually bid on measured square footage and time, with water access, reclaim/runoff requirements and night work priced in. Walk the site, measure, and bid by the hour-equivalent you need. Check local stormwater rules: EPA-regulated municipal storm sewer operators must run programs to minimize pollutant discharges, and many cities restrict wash water entering storm drains.
