What you are buying. “ExteriorClean HQ Founding Membership” is a refundable deposit that reserves a founding-member spot and counts toward your first month.
Delivery. Your founding-member confirmation (locked rate, deposit credit and next steps) is emailed to you after purchase, to the address you use at checkout.
Refunds. Your deposit is fully refundable for any reason, any time before you start your subscription. To request one, use our contact form and include the email you used at checkout.
Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. You will receive a Stripe receipt by email.
