Additional work requires the Client's written or texted approval before it is performed.
Client acknowledges that oxidation, chalking or loose paint, failed window seals, cracked or loose mortar, worn caulk or sealants, loose siding or shingles, and damaged screens may be revealed or worsened by cleaning. Contractor is not responsible for damage arising from these pre-existing conditions. Contractor may photograph the property before work begins.
Rust, oil, irrigation, tannin, battery, paint and some organic stains may not be fully removable. Results are not guaranteed for these stains unless stated in writing in section 1.
Client provides a working outdoor water source at no charge and access to all areas in the scope. Client will move vehicles, secure pets, close windows and doors, and unlock gates before the service date.
Contractor will pre-wet and rinse landscaping near treated areas and use products according to their labels. Client will disclose sensitive plants, ponds, pools, wells or storm drains. Contractor is not responsible for plant stress where Client did not disclose sensitive plants.
Either party may reschedule without penalty for rain, high wind, freezing temperatures or unsafe conditions. Client may reschedule for other reasons with ____ hours notice; later cancellations may be charged $________.
